How many colors of the artwork?
It's important when you source for the corporate gifts.
When we source for the corporate gifts, one of the questions is most asked. How many colors of the artwork? Sometimes we are confused that why they keep asking about numbers of colors. Because this is affected the price.
Let's go through some example to help you understand better.
Example 1
OMG! Don't waste time to count the colors. straight away tell your suppliers that the artwork is full color and heat transfer is required.
Example 2
This seems including 3 colors green, yellow and black. Is this artwork 3 colors? NO. Because this is including a Gradient color. Therefore the silkscreen is not applicable. Heat transfer is required.
Example 3
This seems including 2 colors green and yellow. However, when we do silkscreen print, it is actually 3 colors: dark green, light green and yellow. If you require the center white color to be printed, that will be 4 colors.
